The Secrets to A Tight Stomach

Do you want to get a tight stomach? Then you must get to know the "secrets" that will help you get to your objective. These are secrets that you may find to be common sense but people always overlook them wishing there's something magical to get a tight stomach. It's all about losing the excess fat and exercising the right way, combining strength training with cardio and achieving stable blood sugar levels.

Strength training

Treat your abs as a group of muscles. Some let you crunch, some let you rotate, some support your body. There's no single abs muscle, so you'll need to work the area from different angles. Include crunches, rotations and isometrics, they all help. You can do sit ups all day and not get the definition you want. Make the right choices.

Stable blood sugar levels

This is what I believe is the most important step towards getting a tight stomach. To stabilize your sugar levels, feed your body at small intervals - every 2 to three hours - but eat quality food and in small servings. The body works all day and needs quality energy constantly. Eat vegetables, proteins, whole foods and fiber. Stay away from processed foods, sugars and anything that isn't fresh.

Cardio workouts

Cardio workouts will accelerate your metabolism, and if you do it using intervals, you'll find that you keep burning the fat away even after hours of stopping your exercise! Intervals mean that you'll vary the intensity of your workout. So first you run with your whole might for 30 seconds and the run normally for a minute, repeating the process. Believe it or not this works great, and I've been able to burn most of the fat away from my body using this method.

So you see, these 3 secrets are very simple. You can go on and keep searching for the magical miracle that will give you the abs of your favorite movie star, but without thise knowledge you won't achieve anything. Just take action and keep things simple. Give it time, and you'll see the results you want!
