Diets to Have Body Fat Loss

There are various diets which cater to losing weight in the body. These diets also have different kinds of variations. For example, there are some diets which work by eliminating all sources of carbohydrates from the body but include high sources of protein. Then there are some diets which eliminate all fats totally so that the body can be rid of all sources of fats. But it should be remembered that the body does require healthy fat in certain quantities.

Research over the years has revealed that all diets which eliminate certain food forms completely result in various kinds of ailments and health problems. This had been seen with one of the most widely used diets of recent times which eliminated all sources of carbs from the diet. The dieters who followed this regime were able to lose on a lot of body fat and weight but gradually they started suffering from liver problems due to the absolute restriction on carbohydrates.

Even when they attempted to begin regular forms of food after their prolonged diets, the body refused to accept fat for a long time. The fat in the body is required in small but vital amounts for the healthy functioning of the body. This fat provides a glow on the skin and has various other features. Hence any diet which completely eliminates this food form should be avoided. Not all fat loss diets eliminate this nutrient from the diet.

The fat lose diets work by including other sources of fat instead of unhealthy fats which result in over laden calories for the body. It has been seen that certain food forms have their own sources of healthy fats which do not add to too many calories in the body but certainly provide enough for the fat requirement of the body. These fats include nuts which are the main sources of protein for vegetarians. There are also certain kinds of fishes which provide this nourishment to the body.

Replacing unhealthy fat with these foods forms has been an effective method of loosing fat from the body. The fat loss diets aim to increase the metabolic rate of the body so that the fat is easily converted to energy. Exercises are usually accompanied with these diets for best results. It was seen that prolonged starvation diets would result in the body storing fat as a defense mechanism. Hence the starvation diet was immediately thrown out of the books of most dieters and was replaced with frequent meals.

The frequent diets include at least 6 meals in one day which should be consumed in intervals of not more than three hours. The emphasis here is on heavier day meals and lighter evening meals. All sources of carbohydrates should be avoided after evening. The frequent meals are divided in such a manner so that the essential nutrients of the foods are provided to the body in their required forms. The constant eating keeps the metabolic rate going and hence the body loses more fat. This form of dieting is the best form of losing weight the healthy way.
