Now these are just the basics. Panic Away will help you on your way to an anxiety-free lifestyle. I would not be surprised if the techniques used would deeply analyze further medical research. All those studies produced this guide and I am sure it will help.
I personally believe that Panic Away is a great resource for anyone who has an anxiety problem. It is easy to read and even easier to follow. There are simple tests that can easily pinpoint your sources of panic.
