There are a lot of quick fix diets out there. Some of them work, some of them do not….I know because I have tried. I have tried the low calorie diets which left me hungry, tired, and fed up with counting calories. I have tried the low carb diets, which left me craving carbohydrates so bad I had to get off the diet immediately. After all my diet attempts, I realized that I couldn’t keep starving my body with the very thing that it needs and craves….food!
I realize now that I can simply change what I eat and when I eat to make a huge difference in how fast my body burns food. The human body naturally produces fat burning hormones after we eat, but we have to be able to activate them properly for them to work effectively for us.
After I tried a few different eating patterns I noticed that upon eating smaller but more frequent meals throughout the day I was starting to lose weight. By eating smaller more frequent meals I am giving my metabolism a turbo boast and so naturally I am burning more calories.
By following an eating pattern of smaller more frequent meals you can start to feel the effects almost immediately. Not only will you be putting your fat burning hormones to better use, but you will be feeling better because you will have more energy in your system to burn.
There are certain food that are better fat burners than others, which is why those who wish to lose weight will most likely choose a carrot over a piece of cake. However, you don’t necessarily have to avoid higher fat foods altogether, but work them into your new pattern of eating in such a way that you are maximizing your fat burning hormones at the right time. Losing weight comes down to using your common sense too. If you are concerned about putting on weight, perhaps having a big chocolate bar before bed is not the wisest choice. However, all is not lost if you do. All in moderation is my motto.
Weight loss doesn’t have to be stressful or painful. The more natural the weight loss, the longer it will last. Visit http://heavenlyproducts.wordpress.com
