Do you have man boobs (the clinical word is gynecomastia)? Are you worried about your man boobs, or that you might be developing man boobs? Here's a couple of important tips on getting rid of man boobs naturally.
Firstly, if you are going through puberty, don't do anything. Changes in your body are natural and some tenderness and change of shape are normal. If you are worried, see your doctor - your doctor will have seen many similar cases already.
If you are older you need to consider the following. These points may not be an overnight change, but they are the most effective in treating many problems and they also reduce the risk of other health concerns later on. Sorry gentlemen, but if you are looking for a fast way of losing your man boobs the best way is to act fast on the following!
The most important thing to reduce your man boobs is to have a sensible diet. Cut out that junk food and beer! Being overweight can add to your man boobs problem so if you are eating an unbalanced diet it's time to change. You can still have your meat and potatoes, providing you have a regular sized serving, eat lean meat, have plenty of vegetables with your meal, and only eat meat a maximum of 3-4 times a week. Intersperse your diet with fresh fish and vegetarian dishes. Keep in mind the recommended minimum daily requirement for fruit and vegetables is 5 serves a day - two of fruit and 3 of vegetables. Snacking on dried fruit is an easy way to get enough fruit into your diet (only two or three pieces can equal one serve).
Think of your man boobs as 'where your sweets and candy live' on your body if you are having trouble giving them up!
The other, and equally important, thing you need to do is exercise. When starting on a fitness plan to reduce your man boobs, find something you enjoy doing so that you are more likely to stick at it. Then when your fitness level increases, think about going to the gym and talking to their personal trainers.
(By the way, my partner loves it now that I've changed my diet and exercise routines. I have more energy both globally and in the bedroom, and I'm not as tired or grumpy!)
Check yourself regularly for signs of breast cancer - men can get this too, although it is far less common. Your doctor can show you how if you are unsure.
