Let's face it, excessive sweating is a horrible thing to have to go through each day. It impacts your work, school, love life and anything else that requires interaction with people. Sure taking frequent showers can help relieve it a bit, but you can't take a shower every hour of the day. So what are the major causes of excessive sweating?
The most popular cause is being overweight. It's true, overweight people tend to sweat much more than people that are not overweight. And the more overweight you are, the more you tend to sweat. Bodies that are overweight simply do more work to carry themselves around. The more work you do, the more likely you are to sweat. That's understandable.
You can combat this excessive sweating by starting an exercise routine (with a Doctor's permission of course). Exercising your body will get your body accustomed to handling hotter environments and higher stress levels, both of which cause sweating. The exercise program should be one that actually makes you body sweat pretty good. The more you sweat working out hard in the gym the less likely you will sweat outside the gym when your body is more at rest.
Now, exercise isn't an overnight solution to this problem, and you need to stay on the exercise program for a good length of time before you can start to see any benefit to your sweating problem. It isn't likely to totally eliminate the sweat, but it should help if given enough time.
