How To Make Nice And Smooth Elbow

Do your elbows feel cracked and dry? Try this surprisingly successful method to will leave them nice and soft. This may sound silly, but it actually works!
SO, here is the steps:-

1. Go to the grocery store and get a stick of butter. New butter works best for this.
2. Go home and unwrap the butter.
3. Put it in your microwave for 10 seconds for best results. The rest of the steps work best in the kitchen or the bathroom.
4. Roll up shirt sleeves or take off shirt so elbows are exposed to air.
5. Rub butter on your elbows for 20-30 minutes.
6. Wash your hands to get excess butter off.
7. Let butter set for about 60 minutes while wrapped in saran wrap.
8. When 60 minute period is over, wash elbows and hands once more (don't wanna get sick!). When finished, your elbows should be nice and soft!!!

Tips

* If butter is too hard, put in microwave.
* Stick butter works best!
* This also works on cracked skin or knees.
* Repeat the steps weekly for a long lasting softness.

* Do not eat the butter
* If the butter gives you a rash or feels itchy, take it off right away.
* Make sure you are not allergic.
